We are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once the order is placed. The best practice is to review the order prior to submitting. We ship duty free to US, European Union, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Canada and Australia. For other international orders, please note international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. BauBax ships your package, duties, and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.
Your country local Postal Service will charge you all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
If you refuse to take delivery of the product(s) as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, BauBax reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the product(s). This amount will be communicated to you by our support team and deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. The orders are sent to the warehouse for processing immediately after they are received. The fulfilment warehouse can take another 24 hours to ship the order.
For domestic shipments, the orders should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. International shipments can take 7 to 10 business days. For some countries, it could take longer and this information can be obtained at the checkout page. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
We will send your order as soon as possible. Your order might have shipped separately from our different warehouses all over the world depending on inventory. You would be able to receive certain items sooner than others from our other warehouses.
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated. We ask that you keep monitoring the tracking once you have received the tracking link. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
For shipments within the US, the packages are usually dropped off at the front door/porch. We suggest you check your mail box and with your neighbors and families first. If you still cannot find it, please do not hesitate to contact Baubax Customer Service.
Once the order is placed, making any changes are difficult. Please email us on email@example.com with the correct address. Please note this is not guaranteed and is done on a best effort basis. If the changes are not possible, we request you to follow our return/exchange process.

Our support team will respond to you with the RMA reference number and instructions on how and where to ship your return to. Please do not ship the product to the address on the packing slip. Doing so will delay your refund or exchange.
Our Returns Center can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive the jacket(s) to process the return/exchange and issue a refund. If it has been more than 14 days, please email us on email@example.com with the tracking number.
Yes. Also, if you pay by debit card, the amount that you will be charged will be put on "hold" until the shipment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment. Sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to ensure it is really you trying to make the purchase. This is especially common if you don't order online very often, if you've placed several online orders in a short amount of time, or if your card is very new. We recommend calling your bank to let them know you're trying to place an order so they can confirm your identity and clear your card for use again. In any case, since these error messages tend to come from your bank's servers and not from our site, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you have received an authorization error.
All our orders go through a Payment Verification Process, which takes 5 mins to 24 hrs to be verified. The order will be processed once the payment has been verified. If the payment is unverified, the transaction will be declined.

The windbreaker is water repellent while the bomber will repel slight splashes of water. The windbreaker is suited for warmer climates and the bomber for colder climates. The hood of the bomber is detachable but that is not the same in the case of windbreaker.
